Policies

• Card on File 

  • To secure your appointment, a valid credit or debit card is required at time of booking. Your card will not be charged upon scheduling. It will only be charged in the event of a late cancelaltion, missed appointment, or no-show inaccordance with the cancellation policy.

  • Cancellation and Rescheduling

    • I require at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee of the scheduled fee.

•   No - Shows

  • Clients who do not show up for their appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the service fee.

• Late Arrivals

  • If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to respect the time of the next client, and the full service fee will still apply.

• Illness an Emergencies

• I understand that unexpected situations arise. In the case of illness or emergency, please contact me as soon as possible. Exceptions may be made at my discretion.

  By booking an appointment, you agree to have a valid card on file and to the terms of these policies.
